Something to replace Buffalo Firestix

Hi all,
I had to RMA my Firesticks to NewEgg and got an email telling me this ram has been discontinued and that my account would be credited.
I was wondering what memory would be as good or better,I believe they had D9 chips?
What would be as good or better,I really liked that memory but problems with the 680i boards may have ruined them so I need a replacement,what would you guys suggest?

About how much money are you going to be spending? I haven't seen a DDR2 IC list recently so I'm not sure what's D9 and what isn't anymore. I'm sure the Ballistix sticks still are and I bet so are some of those G.Skills.

Well I will get $245 back plus I will add $50 for something decent..
