How do I switch AGP modes? I have an ABIT KT7A and a GeForce 2 MX400 and it is currrently running at 1x. How do I switch to 2x or 4x?

There should be a setting in your BIOS for this. Usually under Advanced Chipset Options or similar.

I just checked and there is nothing there for that. The closest is AGP 4x ENABLE/DISABLE. I enabled it and it is still running at 1x and I know my card supports 1x, 2x and 4x as does my motherboard.

OK i figured it out. I reinstalled my VIA 4 into 1 AGP drivers in turbo mode instead of standard. Now I can switch them using Powerstrip without going into the BIOS.

Thanks
