89.99 for 2 512 sticks ddr2 1000. Every other brand is around 150-180+ and 1 512 is around 90.00

Who knows. but i say if you need 1GB of memory you should hop all over this.

I have no idea on that specific lot but, in general, we price memory for wholesale based on what it costs for us to build it. IC prices can change weekly which is why RAM prices jump up and down so frequently. So, my guess is that we got an exceptionally good price on the ICs for that memory, and Newegg is pricing it accordingly.
