What is happening to my 360?

I'm hoping someone can help me out here as I'm not sure exactly what is going on with my 360. About a week ago or so my console shut down on me and displayed the general hardware failure (3 rings of light) diag lights...I was a little scared because I had pulled the warranty void sticker off by accident when replacing the face plate. Well I did it intentionally, but I didn't realize it was the warranty sticker until it came off in a honey comb style :\. Anyway, I tried to turn it back on and it worked, and then continued to work the rest of that evening, so I thought it, or the PSU was just overheating and I was no longer worried. About 15 mins ago it did it again, and it turned back on again. I left it this time though, because I'm trying to figure out if when the 360 crashes due to an overheating PSU if the three red lights turn on for that. Can anyone tell me for sure exactly what happens when the 360 crashes due to an overheating PSU?

Try putting it out in the open and possibly blowing a fan at one side (the grey area). Honestly, if it's a overheating problem, what do you do to it? Mine's pretty confined, but the back of the entertainment center is open, so...:confused:

Well I'm hoping it's just a PSU overheating problem, because that would be easy for M$ to replace. But if it's anything else inside the console i'm going to have to argue with M$ about how I mistakenly pulled off the warranty void sticker and how it isn't cleary labled (it really isn't, all it says is Microsoft).

Microsoft isn't the hard asses most people would think they would be either. They were very accomodating and helpful when my 360s optical drive quit working a couple of weeks ago. UPS on the other hand :mad:
