Primary display problem

Just put in a new LCD to go with my diamondtron, but no matter how I set it, windows boot, and games all see the LCD as the primary and I want my CRT to be the main display always. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I think you can drag the display icons around in the preview window to set R/L and right click to set which one is primary. Last time I tried it did take some messing around to get it straight.
