Voodoo Files (http://www.voodoofiles.com/category.asp?x=2) should have everything your looking for. Both original 3dfx drivers and newer 3rd party drivers. :)

but i didn't disable the onboard sis6326
both the voodoo2 and sis6326 are in working properly status
do i have to disable the sis6326 so that the voodoo2 can do the magic?

A 3rd party driver is a driver made for your card but by someone other than 3dfx themselves. Since 3dfx is no more i'd say go for a 3rd party driver, probly more up to date too.

-Exile- is right on the money here! Most of the time, 3rd party drivers develop out of the need for a patch or fix for a game or new/updated operating system. I would look for the most current driver that meets the needs of the games that you play.
If you just need a general driver for regular use, I would go w/ a 3dfx driver! Happy hunting :D

someone haven't answer my question
do i have to disable the onboard sis6326
and only using voodoo2?
i was told that i shouldn't disable the sis6326 because
voodoo2 only producess 3D graphic and not 2D
there for i need the sis6326 to draw my 2D graphic
is that true
