Kinda sucks. Microsoft has this horrible trend of not supporting co-op on the same system... even when that's EXACTLY what TMNT was designed to do. The xbox would be the perfect system for some four player mayhem... but...

What? How why don't they support 4 players on it? That's seriously the best part about the turltes games! Playing with buds!

Seriously, the don't? I mean you can have 4 360 wireless controllers going at once, so it'd only make sense...... Anyway, if this is true I wouldn't be so quick to blame Microsoft, Konami no doubt should share some flameage.

Well I can't even understand why CRACKDOWN didn't have it where you could play two players on the same system. But TMNT? Jesus... you could do it on the NES!
Doesn't seem like a Konami thing though... seems kinda like a MICROSOFT thing... The setup is just very similar to SF2... but without the screen stretch feature...

I thought it looked rubbish I would of prefered Turtles in Time but thats gonna have to wait for someone who wants to release that. On the trial I played when I died it let me select a new turtle and it just took over one of the spot for showing health ect.
So let me get this stright you can't co-op on 1 system you have to do it over LIVE! stupid idea really. Most games your can co-op on 1 system Heavy weapon you can with 4 people in it's Arms Race and War Party modes.

I just saw at the store a TMNT arcade style game for the Xbox1 that contains the original TMNT arcade game and both are 1-4 players. If this is on the 360 compat list, then problem solved get 2 4-player TMNT games for $30.

HOLY HELL DOWNLOADING NOW!
Cant believe i liked this game when i was younger, just bought it for XBLA and completed it twice as its really short, its a poor game with horrible boss`s.
I would have prefferd the slightly older renegade or double dragon.

I actually loved the original. You didn't need any of that time travel BS, and I think it stuck a lot closer to the original TV series (I actually cared about the characters instead of "Bury my shell at Wounded Knee..."
Then again I loved Turtles in Time as well. No question it was the superior game. But I think the first one could've been a Live Arcade CLASSIC if they had redone the graphics.
PS:Double Dragon >>>>> EVERYTHING.
