Price is for Downers Grove IL so check your local Fry's ad first but this is the cheapest I've seen for B&M for VHP OEM. Cheaper than most of what I've seen on e-bay except for academic.

Not sure what fry's might require as a "purchase with computer component" to comply with MS requirements.
