I am wondering if noise from RAM is normal? I hear a high frequency when it seems like its under operation. Is this normal?

You might try pinpointing the sound using a few sheets of rolled up paper. hold it to your ear and use it as a sort of megaphone.
I can't imagine the RAM is actually making noise. It's much more likely that the noise is coming from the motherboard, and perhaps right around the RAM slot area. More specifically an inverter.

That is a common cause of whining, so that would be my first guess.

Some memory makes noise under stress. You should hear memory on my video card.
