today i decided to e-mail Koolane and this is what i said:

i am a happy owner of your koolance system.

i just thought i would let you know that one of your vendors (overclock-watercool.com) has many problems with getting customers their products or money back

i myself had an ordeal, but ended up getting my money back

i don't think Chip is a bad guy, but as a business person he stinks.

the reason for this e-mail at this time is because there have been numerous people posting complaints in forums all over the internet complaining about this company......

most in reference to the Koolance products they ordered from their.

it is a bad reflection for the Koolance company

people will doubt the company (Koolance) if they see unreliable resellers like overclock-watercool.com

in other words, it makes a great company(Koolance) look bad

this was just a suggestion, but i hope you will look into it
