How would I have dual Power Supplies in a Lian case? or should i buy a really big one? I was going to have my hard drives, motherboard(cpu, nic, agp graphics card, sound card) 2 cd drvies, 3 1/2 floppy, and live drive plugged in to it, the other was for my bay bus w/ fans and pump, plus lights. SHould i get 2 or one big one?

All you need is one power supply. You should be more than fine with a 430W power supply from Enermax. If you want more then they even sell a 530W power supply. They have dual fan cooling and they are worth the extra price you pay for it. Two power supplies take up a lot of space, restict airflow, and adds heat to your system. Stick with one good one.

I have the Lian Li PC 70, and in my instruction leaflet it clearly shows how to install 2 psu's..
you can order special conversion brackets for dual PSU from lian Li.

But I agree with the above postings, one big mother should do it.
I have the enermax 431w and it is sufficient for my setup:

Dual PIII 1000mhz, 1024mb sdram, Matrox G450 32mb DDR,
Asus CUV4XD mobo, Adaptec U2W 131U@ scsi controller, 4x IBM DMVS 18GB 10K rpm U2W scsi drives in raid config, 2 ATA100 7200rpm IBM drives in removable brackets for b/u, Zip250inter IDE, SCSI plextor burner and writer and and Onstream tapedrive.
This baby SUCKS power like a camel does water after 40 days in the desert... and I still get all the power I need from the 431W. Apart from that, it gives very srtable power output, making it a stable system too.
It should be more than enough for you, ithink...

Get the PC-70. You can order a different backplate to mount 2 PSUs but you need to find the right one or disable the fans. I have attached a simple drawing of the backplate, side & rear view.

Blue = PSU
Red = Fans

As you can see the PSU had to be mounted upside down 'cause the support plate does not have a hole for the fan & the holes on the backplate only aligned when flipped.

As you can see the fans will not be functioning properly with this set up. The choice would be to mod the PSU cases for the fans to work from front to back not top to back or find another brand of PSU.

Just like in the first pic, side then rear view. I got me a PC-70 too & it would be much simpler to go for the 550W. If your worried about the 5V rail then you are not goin to get better with the 550W. The really only gave the 12V rail more AMPs & no real improvement on the others if I remember correctly.
