If you are using the CLC, you can set the Seti Client Priority in Seti Driver. Using this on Normal my CPU dedication to Seti is 99-100% using the Internet at the same time.

Sorry I got the wrong end of the stick there. CPU dedication is the amount of time you have dedicated to Seti since registering. If you had been registered at Berkley for 100Hrs and had been crunching for a total of 20Hrs, your CPU dedication would be 20%.
The more time you spend crunching the higher your dedication will be :)
If you are having problems with your stats updating, there are instructions available Here (http://pages.tca.net/roelof/setispy/faq.htm#2.18)

Don't worry, we all make mistakes. I knew nothing when I started, with all the help I got I can now help others. Don't be afraid to ask:)
