cpu temp

I have a stock amd athlon 1.4 ghz thunderbird my idle temp was always around 46.c now for no reason it went to 50.c nothing changed on unit no new programs or anything what would cause this.

no it,s not my cat, thanks for the reply the rm temp did go up, i have enough fans in this case so i don,t need better cooling, and i clean my case every week.
