I believe the GF2 Ti is a "GTS-V", as I recall it's a GF2 core with speeds of 225/425. But don't quote me on that:D

you should be able to get your ultra to 300/500 without a problem if you have ok cooling

if I remember right the 4ms memory is supposed to run at 500 so it wouldnt really be that overclocked

I can get my ultra to 310/315 with no artifacts

The geforce 2 TI runs at 250 mhz core and 400 mhz memory stock.

i got mine to 275 core and 450 memory stable. from what i see online and articles the geforce 2 ultra is faster.

For 4ns ddr ram thats a helluva overclock

On my Ultra it gets buggy at 540+

wow so then i guess im being too hesitant,il give 300/500 a go then, but should i change the factory heatsink to a blorb? and what about the ramsinks, are they good enough?
thanks for the input,i really appreciate it!

i suggest you upgrade the heatsinkfan the ramsinks are optional, its all a matter of "do you wanna spend fifteen or twenty bucks (less if you get the crappy ratshack ones) to get an extra 5-10mhz"

Me? ANYTHING IS WORTH THAT EXTRA 5-10MHz!!

I have visiontek GF2ti.. hmm the GPU is newer. its only newer because it has smaller micron. that mean better OC
PS how can i find out how many ns for the 400mhz ddram?

As I understand it, Ti is a reference to the way the cards or chips are made. The manufacturing process is cheaper for Ti cards. I heard they don't perform as well as last year's Ultra models using the same version of Detonator drivers- close , but not quite as good. Nividia just says they're better, thinking that ppl with older cards must be using older drivers. Sneaky, lowdown marketing scheme if you ask me.

Have Leadtek GF2 Ti. stock is 250/401. Haven't tried to OC it yet, as I don't have 3dmark or any games installed on my new rig at the moment. Using Blorb, and will install some heatsinks on the card's memory soon.

Just gotta get some time to do all this stuff!!!!
