Core 2 revisions and 680i sli chipset

Will the new Core 2's premiering in April and towards the end of the year be compatible with the 680i sli chipset? What about the 45nm's when they come out?

nope 45nm chips will more then likly require less voltage but we wont know till intel releases them.

u can run socket775 45nm processors on current 775 mobos as long future BIOS upgrades supports it

you think they will update the bios for us or just get us to buy a new MB?

if the 45mn uses less voltage then the current c2d's then you will need a new mobo, not just a bios update.
