this is revision 1 ram and there are some significant compatibility issues with some MB's

I can confirm compatibility with a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 Rev 1.0. I have mine running at DDR2-752 CAS 4 at 2.1V. Also detected JEDEC settings of DDR2-800 CAS 5 at 1.8 V and booted up on the first try when I put my machine together.
