Graphic Card

I want to get a ATI graphic card under $150 after rebate. I was looking at the 1950gt from sapphire for $120 after rebate and was thinking of buying a 3rd party heatsink. Does anyone have any ideas on what graphic card to buy and which heatsink I should buy? Also anyone have a site that will show me how to install the heatsink.

I've been eyeing the 1950pros.

Basically they seem to be a 80nm respin, with faster core and memory clocks. And cooler running as well.
