Yeah, so I'm new to AMD overclocking, thanks to everyone who have helped so far. :)

At the moment I am running my 1600+ @ 1540 (11x140) with a core voltage of 1.85. I "unlocked" my CPU the other day, but it seemed to relock at 11x. The glue I used to fill the pits was normal white glue. Connected the L1 bridges w/ window defogger. When I try to push it past 141 bus my system locks up and/or reboots. I have jumpers on my mobo (Gigabyte GA-7DXR) that let me increase the voltage on my ram (256MB Micron Technology). I was able to get my ram up to 150 when the multiplier was at 7x. My question is this: Would razing the voltage on the RAM help in overclocking the system further? And how dangerous is that?

You can try raising the voltage on the memory. you may want to try raising it on the chip a little first to see if that works. If that doesn't do anything, then try the memory. If that doesn't work, try both at the same time. I wouldn't push it too far. I have an XP1600 that I had unlocked also, doing the same thing you did. Then it started only letting me choose certain multipliers. Then it just acted up all together.
I think the superglue didn't fill as good as it should have and it was grounding in the laser holes somehow. I would just leave it at 1540 if I were you, but that's my own preference. I ran my xp at 1540 for a while, but I must have messed with it too much and now when I unlock it I can't choose all the xpliers. I just run it at default now. My advice, take what you got and be happy. If raising the voltage doesn't work for you I would just leave it at 1540. I don't think raising the voltage should hurt anything on the ram or cpu. I tried mine at the highest voltage on both ram/cpu at one point and it didn't affect it at all. Good luck, and let us know what you do.
