OEM or Retail Duron 1ghz?

Im going to get a KT7A and Duron 1ghz (Morgan) from newegg.com as well as a Shuttle AK35 when it becomes avaiable, They have the OEM and Retail versions of the Duron 1ghz...the OEM is of course cheaper...but are they both the same?
I was thinking maybe the OEM didnt have the morgan core.......

OEM is the same processor as retail however it does not come with all the fancy packaging and some retail boxes ship with a low quality heatsink, the warrantee with retail is better however by overclocking this is invalid anyway and as such I buy OEM

Thanks, Going to use a Mini Super Orb temporaily on this , Been using it as a paper wieght..think it needs a job for a bit..
