newegg cancellation?

i ordered something a few hours ago and just canceled my order because i realized it is not something i wanted. Does newegg charge you a restocking fee or any type of fee if you cancel before step 3. (meaning they didn't charged my CC, but didn't ship it out yet)

Alright thanks, Well i am now changing my mind in ordering it again. Stupid me! i am so indecisive. hopefully they will accept my cancel of my cancel, though i don't think they will.

is cancel done by a Rep, or by computer?

Most likely a computer since their ordering system is automated. Plus it's the weekend. What about your order would you need to 'uncancel' as opposed to just doing an identical order?

you can not 'uncancel' orders there, Ive asked, but if you call them up you can have the rep recreate your order so you dont have to go back through and readd them all yourself.

after canceling i you can't use the coupon code for free shipping. so my friend went a head and did the ordering for me on his account and i paid him. =) all works out well. thanks guys.
