Fury...looks interesting

one of my friends is alpha testing this game currently and so far it has quite a few bugs. Because my friends is an alpha tester and found reported a bug they sent him a link and told him to invite his friends I'll go look for it.

I couldn't get in and I assume that it is because I dont have a pixel shader 3 card baised off of their min specs. Also the bug that my friend reported had to do with the 7600go which now works with the game, it didn't before. Also you have to select your video card and strangely there are options for a x900 and x950 series but no x850 :0

I honestly dont think that you are missing anything currently. From what I saw of him playing half of the textures where missing, there was no story, npc's dont do anything* (except for selling you stuff for free), and the world navigation seemed confusing. To go to other areas you walk into colored spheres how he found them I have no clue and I also dont think that he knew where he was going either. Also if you duel with anything that you bought for fee you instantly freeze at the start of a duel. On top of that I didn't see any monsters to attack when he way playing. On the good side movement was very good you even lean sideways when you turn at high speeds. Also the game uses the unreal 3 engine so the things with textures go look very good. Hopefully beta of release will fix all of these problems because all of the things that did work worked quite well so it has potential to be a good game.

edit: also the computer that it was ran on, when I saw it in action, was a dell laptop with a 7900gs go which ran the game quite well on either 1680x1050 or 1920x1200 I cant remember.

some crappy art I found using google images basically I was looking for any pic of a human figure standing upright with both arms at 45 degrees from facing downwards. This is the best pic of what I just explained that I could find in 2 mins. Basically every npc in fury currently stands like that. As for what the pic really is of i have no clue what so ever.
