how do i raise the core voltage? im at 1.73v now on p4 1.5gig and im realyl heating up so should i change and if yes can you tell me how please
When you say "heating up", are we taling 50C or 40C?? If 40C you could probably raise the voltage to 1.775V... if you're already running hot (around 50C), I wouldn't bother without better cooling.

i ran 3dmark 2000 and i got 967!! thats bull sh*t for my pc i realy cant stand this anymore
The short answer on whether you should raise the voltage is "NO". If your temps are that high, then it's possible you have a problem with the heatsink not being properly attached to the CPU. Are using thermal paste or even a thermal pad? Something is definitely wrong.

pacboy...you posted about this the other day
just quit whining and buy a new heatsink
and now you say its a sony computer...then return or exchange it
i'm sure you have some type of warranty
and if you take off the heatsink then you need to apply new grease every time
