I tried to unlock it and when I pulled off the tape the glue wasnt dry enough and dipped everywhere on the chip. Is there some solution that I can use?

Take some Alchole, OR, some strong colone (spelling?) and put some on some cloth and rub on the superglue, you may have to hold it on there for a bit but it works, does a nice clean job as well. Did this to my Radeon and V3 when I changed heatsinks..worked great although it did rub off the logo on the V3's chip...

try mixing some acetone(fingernail polish remover) and rubbing alcohol together. dip a q-tip in the mixture and rub until the contact dots are clean. be careful, as pure acetone, if left on too long, can soften the organic part of the cpu.

If you use alot of superglue it will take a bit longer to dry..also it depends on heat/temp of environment plus the material its on...

It seems to glue my fingers to gether quicker than anything else....

Once it dries, you can just peel it off carefully with a scalpel.......

This is from many years experience with superglue messes.
