I was building the neighbor a Christmas Computer and this chip came in the bundle ,needless to say I kept the chip and ordered her another ,a 61% overclock is awesome ,as soon as my varible resistor gets here and I do the volt mod ,I bet I get 1700 at least ,also come income tax time I will have water cooling ,it will boot into windows at 1610 but the temp rises quickly and it looses stability so its only at 1533 right now lol ,which is still awesome to me.

I'd say you got a great chip there. Just make sure you keep the temps down. You dont want to fry that one.

I have it at 1533 for that reason,my temp is 2 c higher then with my Axia at 1470,I think I need a new power supply ,at 1610 the one I have now was crying ,and I do mean literally ,like when you hit a cpu intesive task how the fans speed up ,well they were just staying maxed out.

Do you know where she ordered it! That chip is awesome! I always thought that stepping came only in the 1.4!

well I ordered everything for her ,I got it from mwave and had to look at it about 10 times over to be sure ,it was just luck ,and I am not a lucky person.

I myself love the no hassle returns and such ,they are good about RMA's or at least they always have been for me.I also love the shipping rates ,they dont try to kill you with them.
