I just got my last parts to my new computer today. a couple hours later it's built. Now the thing that concerns me is, I think running too hot. My case is at 26C degress and my cpu is 41C idel. I'm using arctic silver and a sk6. The said thing is it not even over clocked yet. oh well. What I really wanted to know is where are you at with your temps? and if there low, how did you get them there?

What fan do you have on the sk-6?
What cpu?
What thermal compound did you use?

any ideas on getting them lower and what temp should I really watch out for?

50-55c load might cause stability problems but won't damage the cpu.
Usually after your cpu runs for a few hours the arctic silver will set up and your temps will drop about 2c.

SHouldnt his temps be about 10c lower...???
