I have a OCZ 600w psu as you can see by my sig. It has been a great psu and is powering every thing in my sig with out issue but i want to add two 500 gb hd for more storage. I am worried that I may push it past its limits with the new drives. Keep in mind that in addition to the hardware in my sig I also run 4 90cfm case fans-1 92cm fan that came with case and a 150cfm delta triblade that cools the proc. I am on a budget and was wondering if one of these

would pull enough load off the psu to allow the continued use of my current psu or if I should just spring for a larger and newer psu?

Your setup in not even near pushing psu's limits.

I don't know, I just found and used the psu calculator in the stickies and according to that I need at least a 650w psu just for what i am running now! I think I need to look into a larger psu? Any suggestions?

Yeah, that calc just plain sucks. I'm running everything in my sig with an enermax 535w and 36 amps with no probs. ;)

I agree, you should be fine. Not sure how much this helps, but for reference, I have the 700w ocz running all thats in my main rig in my sig. I have 4 hard drives, and when I use the side panel fan assembly on my stacker, 7x 120mm fans,
