BIOS upgrades

where can i get these?is there a BIOS upgrade for all motherboards or have to get a specific on depending on your mobo?Ive got a Tekram board if remember what the sandra program said, anyone help me out?

You need a bios that is specific to your mobo. Also, be aware, that any mistake while flashing could trash your bios chip beyond recovery. Make sure you follow instructions closely.
