Maybe I'll post this in the right forum this time.

Does anyone have any type of information on this chip at all? I can't find anything on these specific sticks of DDR2 on their website. I've noticed that their naming conventions start with AD2 prefix for their DDR2, then say 800 if it is DDR2 800 or 1000 if it is DDR2 1000. If you look at the picture, it says AD2 960 which I find odd because these sticks are SPD at DDR2 800. Could they just be chips that failed to run at a higher speed, and used as DDR2 800 modules? I've had these sticks up to 450mhz stable doing some testing with 2.4v and all I did was add some heat spreaders. I'm curious as to the nature of these chips.
