Pentium D 935 OC'ed

Hello I got my Pentium D 935 oc'ed to 3.7 ghz it's running stably at around 45c at a full load I was also wondering if you guys think I can oc it a bit more, and is that better than the 2.4 and 2.66 core 2 duo? Thanks.

my work laptop has one of the t series core 2' in it (i think that’s the name) @ 2 GHz - it can run superPI to 1M in 28 seconds. My D920 (home gaming rig) @ 3.791 GHz need 34 to get to 1M.

I'm going to get a C2D for my Birthday anyway I was just curious. Getting the 2.4ghz or the 2.66! (going to try to over clock too!)
