You can still get away with a non-approved PSU, but you'll probably have some sort of PSU issue sooner or later

Hi ThePunkGeek,
Yes, 300Watt are enough, but if you plan to install a lot of fans to cool your Box, well, personally I'll go with a 350w preferibly Enermax.
