New to ocing...do all 1.4 Ghz 133FSB come unlocked?

there's nothing like a stupid question, and yes, all TBirds of more than donno how much over 1 GHz come unlocked, so your 1.4GHz is unlocked.

BTW what motherboard are you using, for running your chip at 100MHz FSB ?

I am using MSI's MS-6340 and it is crap. Ordered a new shuttle AK31 rev 3.1 so that will fix that, and let me OC!!! YAY!!!

so is an athlon 1.2 unlocked (266) and is a 1.2 (100) unlocked? or is the 100 locked?

I think most of the 1.2 is unlocked. Mine was (266).

almost postive that all chips over 1.2 are unlocked....my old 1.1 was not...my 1.4 was, and all 1.2s and up i have worked with at work have been unlocked also

There is no such thing, and yes..I believe that the 1.2's and up are unlocked..
