here's where my pump came from, get the model 2 or higher.
The radiator is just a matter of taste/money/space. I use a heater core from a Ford Taurus I got from AutoZone auto parts.
The tubing and hose barbs came from the local hardware stores. Almost every one around me has them in stock.
The waterblock gets trickier. You can surf to find a homemade design and build your own, or you can buy online from place like becooling or dangerden. Search google.
You can use a reservior or not...your choice. My first one didn't have one, but now I do. When you're setting up a new system, a reservior makes it easier to work the air bubbles out of the system.
You will have to modify a radiator/heater core that you buy locally, they usually come with 5/8 fittings which are way too large for most systems. You'll want everything to use the same hose size just for ease of setup.
The water should move from reservior, to pump, to radiator, to the cpu waterblock, and back to the reservior (if you use one)...some will argue this, but it works for me.
Good luck to ya brau.

I'm seeing a redundant loop in your design, it may work, but it seems like a extra bit of tubing for nothing. Just an observation.
Huh? If you use a reservior, you need 4 tubes (considering an outside the res pump) If he's making and not buying, that's pobably what he'll have.
Of course I guess the little rio pumps are a good cheap start.
In which case he'd use this:
He can use one of the cheaper submersible pumps sold on the same web page. It's a more compact system too.
