I've been OCing a 6600 on the in9 32x max 680i mobo recently but have hit a limit due to heat from voltage, can anyone suggest some lowish priced really good cpu only coolers, if it can hook a gtx in there too it'd be cool but not necessary. lets say 100-150, preferrably water but can be thermoelectric or peltier if it fits in the price range,

A/C duct mod. It's cheap and very effective. If you have a high humidity just get two fan filters and rotate them or go the cheap way and use cardboard and paper towels.

water cooling isn't something you want to go too cheap on otherwise you'd be better off with aircooling and kits tend to be either overpriced or under preforming (thermaltake bigwater, ect.), But you can set up something with decent preformance for $150 - $200

swiftech 676 radiator or '77 bonneville heatercore ~ $25
apogee GT water block ~ $50
your choice of 12v dc pump ~ $75
or the d.d. mag II LE ~$40 (I've heard this isn't a very good pump though)
then add in some 120mm fans if you dont have any and tubing and clamps ~ $30

equals out to roughly $150 -180 + s&h but can go cheaper if you go with a cheaper water block or an 120v AC pump which can knock the cost down considerably especially if you get a cheap block on eBay and a via aqua 1300.
