1.When I try to run winamp with seti spy on , winamp doesnt work well, why is that? ive got a very fast system...sometimes it slows down internet browsing etc....
2.Is there anyway to run seti hidden? so the average person couldnt tell that it was running on the computer?
3.if 2 applies how can I get it to automatically start hidden on boot up, thanks

by the way 2 and 3 have nothing to do with illegal seti installation

Questions 2 and 3 depend on the OS you are using. For NT/2K/XP you can run Seti as a service and it will run hidden. For 98/ME you can use Setihide - which I personally never got to work correctly but that's probably more down to my lack of patience than anything...

Have a search through the SETI forum here. Murphy asked the very same question about hiding the icons in the system tray, and got it answered, I believe.....

As to Winamp and SETI, mine works fine........SETI doesn't slow anything down at all (set at normal in SETI Driver)
