AMD DURON 800 Temps

I Have an overclocked Duron 800 thats has been taken to 920 my idle temps are 35cpu and 24case at full load it's 40cpu and 28case
are these temps ok?

60= Unstable
50's gettin hot
95 is blowing point
Those temps are good.

If you wanto to make it even cooler (hit 1ghz?) then cool your caSse better as under full load yours goes up 4C mine stays @ ambient.

Then again I have over 450CFM going thorugh a 1M high case.
