Anyway I ordered it abroad and with shipping it was £35!!!! (no fan) So i'll get the 65cfm delta from the overclockingstore, is the 80cfm delta available anywhere? Is it really worth the extra noise?

I mean does it lower temps at all?

A definite NO.

As long as your temps. are below 50C why put up with that row. I can`t stand it.
I`m using a Y.S. Tech fan (80mm) 3,000 rpm / 45 CFM / at only34 dBA nice & quiet compared to the Delta.

Temps are about 42C - 47C depending on my room temps. This is fullload of course.

Tried sucking & blowing not a degree in it really, depends on case spose. I`m using a Antec 1035
