AAAARGHnoying BUG....win98SE/IE5.0

Since yesterday whenever I suse the 'open in a new window' right-click command, the new window opens, but completely minimized... not a sreiuos problem, but very annoying nontheless...
Tried to figure out how to make it STOP but windows never listens to me anyway...:p
Rebooting didn't do the trick..first window when starting up IE opens full screen, clicking on links and keeping the window is ok, but opening in new window opens it minimized..

Pleeeeease make it stop......

i know this is a bit daft but i forget as i learn but i mind seeing a setting somewhere! that gives option to start with all windoze minimized (probably in the CP),so i assume that if you uncheck this option it will sort it and again im not 100% but you might be able to sort it with TWEAKUI or X-setup ,,,,,,,,,sorry not more accurate but it should get ya started or help till a winKid see's this.........good luck:)
