I'm trying to test the stability of my system and am using folding@home. I let it run all night long and only got 1WU completed!!! Is this normal? How would I know if my system is stable or not using this prog?

Welcome to folding!

That sounds like normal progress for one night. If you post in the folding@home topic, you can get more insight from the rest of the team.

Folding will run your computer at full loads, so it is a good test for stability and your full load temperatures. You can run it all of the time, because it will only use those cpu cycles that you are not using for other things. Also, when you are running it, you will get better progress if you minimize the graphics window so it is only running in the background.

I hope to see you on our team, #32, the o/c folding team!

Try to run F@H and 3DMark2k1 at the same time.
If it finishes 3DMark2k1 your system is pretty stable.
