Peltiers

I dont know much about peltier cooling so throw me a bone. Ive done a little research I just cant seem to find one that will work on my t-bird. Help me out please.
And is there a program out there to help me monitor my video card temp?

are you air-cooling peltiers or water-cooling? i think you would need one of those temp probes to monitor gpu temps.
