CPU temps safe or not

I OC my E6700 at 405 FSB and was wondering if the temps at idle for CPU is 45 core at 50-55. Load CPU is 50 and core 60-65. Are those temps safe for everyda useage or should I OC lower. I also want to know wat kinda of temps are good for everyday usage.

fine IMHO

keep an eye on your capasitors in that PSU (powersupply) however, and try to keep case ventilation high (heat will cause problems with that PSU)
