Not sure if this is the correct section to post in... but my query is whether there are any recent games (e.g. Oblivion, Stalker, supcom, quake 4, etc) that has ingame benchmarking facility such as that offered in quake 3 - I tend to use 3DMark but think it doesn't really reflect real world gaming properly.

Many thanks

What about company of heroes? (I don't have cs:s nor fear.)

If yes to any of the games I mentioned, any ideas on how to set it up?

many thanks

SupCom is easy

Add this to the command line in the shortcut. /map perftest

Sit back and wait and you'll get a nice detailed report at the end in a text file located in the SupCom dir of everything you need to show off your system.
