I've got the wgr614v6 router with the V2.0.13_1.0.13NA firmware running on a cable connection(suddenlink). my computer is on the dmz and i havent had any problems, had it for about a year, until now.

i was accessing the computer(ftp and vnc) from a remote location on saturday and it randomly timed out, like it would do if the internet died on either end.

come to find out, the internet here at the house is working flawlessly except ftp and vnc.

at first i thought it might be a problem with my cable so i hooked my computer directly into the cable modem, did a reset on the modem, and all worked fine, i could access my ftp/vnc on the wan. i hooked it back into the router, reset every thing, and it suddenly did not work.

i can access my ftp/vnc if i use my lan ip/hostname, but when i try to access it via wan it will not work, but everything else works. i can even access ftp/vnc of other machines, just not my own servers.

i've reflashed the firmware and tried resetting to factory but to no avail. is there something i'm missing here? i've gone through all the settings to make sure my computer is not blocked and it is not.

keep in mind i have changed NOTHING in the settings, this problem arose out of thin packets and is very annoying. please tell me i'm not the only one who's had this random problem.
