i have a gigabyte ga-6oxc mainboard and a celeron 633.i can't adjust agp/fsb and pci/fsb multipliers, mainboard does it itself.
i adjust cpu as 9.5*100 and the computer opened but windows didn't.is there anything to do with this problem?
since windows doesn't open i can't see fsb and pci buses' speed,66-33 or 100-50?
also i thought first i must overclock then setup windows so that windows can open.is it true?
thanks for your advices.

Hi eeengineer82, welcome to the Forum,
First of all check your Cellie temp @full load, I suggest MotherBoardMonitor that you can found here (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/), never must go above 40-45 degree C, but less is better. If the temp is right, well, try to increase the VCore (Cpu voltage) but not over the 10-15% of the rated voltage.

voltage is 1.85.
temp is 32-33 degrees but in bios

Well, they are right,
infact 1.85v or 1.9v is the right voltage for this kind of Cellie's OCed, and about the temp reported by the Bios, generally is just @full load, even if into win can be 2-3 degree up. My suggestion at this point is to set an higher voltage for the mem modules if possible, @3.4 or 3.5v :)

Excuse me, but looking the Mobo user manual, I found that you can set a desidered Fsb, properly setting the dip switchs on the Mobo, and not the Agp/Pci bus like on all the other i815 Mobo's.
