Since all the reviews i have been reading about this board are rather old. I have choosen to do one my self here. Some of this machine was pieced together from older parts i had from about 1-2yrs ago.

Specs:
1gig ddr2-667 @4-4-4-12@1.8v ocz gold (this is stick is about 1.5yrs old now, cant find any newer sticks matching the specs of this one.)
Intel T1300E/1.66ghs/2mb L2/24watts TDP/single core (love ebay, nabbed his cpu for $37 shipped.
Pcp/p 510-DLX (this is before they started pushing pci-e connectors on the PSU's but it does have 2 sata power connectors. this is about 2-3yrs old from my socket 478 3.0c build.)
80gig seagate baracuda (found this in my spare HD box, soon to have ide to sata adapater. )
XFX 7300GS (replaced the sink that came on this card with the flower style zalaman hs for passive use. with out a fan the gpu is 4c lower then the small loud hfs combo. load temps from testing in my c2d box are about 4c higher then with active cooling.)
case is a matx box from the lg-81 build about 1.5yrs ago with sleave bearing fans. One singel 120mm front case fan pulled from my silverstone case when i replaced the fans unknow cfm twin 80x25mm coolermaster fans @24cfm.)

cooling:
passvie chipset sink barly get warm when under a load. feeling the hs with my hands after running orthos for 17+hrs. The highest cpu temp seen with the cpu oced to 1.75ghz is 34c idle goes down to about 27-28c depending on the temps in the house. temps were pulled using coretemp .95, have not yet downloaded TAT to use.

Ocing:
still working on this as this will depend on the cpu since there are cpu voltage options in the bios. the only voltage options in the bios are for the ddr2 dimms. max ddr2 voltage is 2.1v as per my board with 303 bios as read off the label/cpuz read out.

Pro:
*nice layout
*jmicron for Esata
*HD onboard Audio

Con:
*2 dimm slots
*only 2 fan headers
*only 2 sata ports
*clip style hs

will be adding more info here and pics will be below.

i have found that 175mhz is kinda flaky. i have a idea it has to do with the set ratio for the fsb to chipset. also the only ram ratio is a 1:2, if there were ratio controls the would be a sweet little board. All in all it has a lot to offer for a slim/htpc.
