i have a problem i think so when i bought a new thermal grease today i had to clean of the other one of my p4 chip and it said all the info and it also mentioned 1.75v and im running at 1.73v so i would like to know if this is a problem and if so how do i raise it?

Its not a problem the harder your CPU works the more juice it use's. Mine and most other peoples do the exact same thing. I do not think you need to raise it unless your going to overclock it then you will need to get into BIOS to raise CV on some MB's this is also done with jumpers on the MB itself.

The Bios setting and the actually measured voltage are generally not exact and are usually off by a little bit. You don't need to raise the voltage unless you are experiencing stability problems. Even then, it should only be increased if you have good cooling.
