I'm pretty sure that they will work. I'm no memory expert though.

i just wanna be sure, since I have seen a few issues on other boards. None on the p5 tough. If any one has any knowledge pls enlighten me.

i have that memory but my board is a POS so i cant give ya a full response. i just know that its fast when my board works.
