My phone recently broke in half and im wondering if there are any cool projects/tutorials out there using the LCD from a moto v3 or the camera. I can post pics of the parts if you desire.

Yup, I know you can easily get screen controllers for most Nokia screens, I'm not so sure about other phones. Try and find out what screen you have, there may be a serial number on the back, or just google for what type of screen usually ships in the Moto Razr.
As for the camera, I really doubt you can do much with that, but feel free to prove me wrong ;)
try to make that camera record to your hdd and if your system gets messed up you can see if anybody messed with it
like mount it inside the case above the mobo and get a clear pic of who messed with your system
wow i never thought of putting a security cam in my comp
Not sure what your dev skills are, or how much time you want to invest, but I would start at http://www.eclipse.org.
It is an open-source project that has a section for mobile and embedded systems that I have messed with in the past. I lost interest before I got very far, but someone there may know where to get a driver and I'm sure they will have a link to the moto SDK.

Wasnt there one guy that took the lcd out of an old phone and stuck it in a G5? Ill ask my friend for the url, but basically if you took out the weight cartridge and with a few soldered wires, you have a small screen in your mouse. Dont know how effective it was since your hand is on it, but still.
