Just wondering which way I should have my Whole system set up with my fans, becasue it seems theres arguments to having your Rad. fan blowing and out. Like for blowing in, its adding heat to the rest of your computer, which I dont want to do, because my 2 6800's put out enough heat in there to begin with. On the other hand do you want the freshest air for the radiator.
Right now I have:
1 120mm on my rad. (out)
1 80mm on my side panel(in)
1 120mm on the front of my case(in)
btw, my rad fan isn't a usual one, its this silverstone one that claims to move 110cfm (i believe it cuz i can hear it from like a mile away.)

It's kind of a matter of opinion really.
What works best for you & your set up?
Trial & error.
Measure your temps now.
Room temp (ambient)
inside case temp
Cpu temp
Gpu temp
What temp is the air coming off the radiator?
Personally, I run mine sucking air into the case.
Case fans blowing out the back.
If mine were in the case like yours, I'd do what Weapon is doing.
I don't believe the idea that the 120mm fans (in and out) have a chance of letting 2 cu. ft. of air heat up so much as to drastically alter your case temps....it's not like the air out of your rad should get much more than a degree or so higher than the ambient temp air going in.
If it does, you need more fan anyway.
With a single 120mm rad, the exhaust temp will probably be fairly warm, but the exhaust from a rad carries only a little more heat than the exhaust from an air cooled heat sink (because of the pump). I agree the only way to know for sure what's best for your system is to experiment, but I suspect reversing all your fans will give you the best results with what you've got.

Thanks for the input, wasnt sure whether there was some guidlines or anything. Just a note, the two blow in bc i have 2 vid cards which are frickin hot as well as 2 HDD's which put out tons of heat (ones kinda older and is an OVEN)

My pumps on the TOP RIGHT.....thats a bad idea right? its supposed to be low in the case right?
Yes. If you mount the pump low in the case, it helps prevent cavitation.
