Okay fellas my power supply is the 230watt power supply I think. Anyhow I find it a bit loud, so what is the cfm that the power supply fan puts out? I wanna get one that matches it so the power supply doesn't get too hot. Also what size is the fan that they use?

That is a pretty small psu...are you sure it is the fan? If so, you could take it apart and replace the fan, or you could just get a whole new power supply. If you only need such a small one, it wouldn't be that expensive...
Most power supply fans are 80mm, so you could just get an inexpensive one of those...
One of my favorite places: www.sidewindercomputers.com
or
www.newegg.com

Well I want to make sure I get an fan that cools the PSU. I don't want to get one that will not ventilate it properly. Do you know whats the average cfm the PSU has?

Those fans tend to be pretty low, cfm fans, just put you hand behind it...
If you take it apart first, you might be able to read the watts, but you would be fine with a good low wattage fan...

Try a L1A 25~CFM panaflo. Quiet and compact (80x25mm). It'll almost for sure fit in your PSU.
