Fan in 5.25 drive bay?

I think I remember seeing these before. I'm talking about case fans that can be mounted in the cdrom drive bays. Do they exist and how well do they work?

The more expensive hard drive coolers that mount a 3.5" HDD in a 5.25" bay work well. The actual case fans that mount in 5.25" bays are a waste of money.

one thing to remember is that all of the bay coolers can only use 40mm fans which o not geterate much air flow (around 5cfm)
